EB IT Support LTD Christmas Closure Announcement
I am pleased to announce our annual Christmas closure, which will run from December 20th, 2025, through January 5th, 2026, allowing our employees an extended break to spend quality time with family and friends during the holiday season.
This decision reflects our commitment to employee welfare and work-life balance, recognizing the importance of rest and family time during the festive period.
I believe our hardworking team deserves this well-earned break to recharge and enjoy the holidays with their loved ones. This extended closure allows everyone to fully disconnect and return refreshed in the new year.
Service Information During Closure:
During the closure period, all phone lines will be temporarily unavailable, including our emergency line (01205 627240). However, a voicemail service will remain operational and will be monitored on a limited basis for genuine emergency situations.
Emergency Callout Service: While our office is closed, we will be operating an emergency-only service with the following charges:
- Standard emergency callout: £50 + the cost of your repair/service
- Christmas Day & Boxing Day: £200 + the cost of your repair/service

We will resume full operations on 5th January 2025. with all computer repair and IT support services returning to normal capacity.
